Ok Oblivion mods here is what I recomend to Improve and extend your oblivion experience

1. Lost spires
[link]
this is a player made exapnsion, yes you heard me expansion it is as long and involved as Shivering isles and had alot of excelent work put into it.

2.Qarl's texture pac 3
[link]
This mod is for those of you who have the doomsday machine for you will need it. this converts all the in game textures into a much higher resolution and more in depth normal maps to make Oblivion truly next generation.

3.Obscuro's Oblivion Overhaul
[link]
this is by far the best game enhancer out there. I have dested fransesco's lvled mod Modular Oblivion Enhanced, but none of them are as in dpeth and detailed as OOO for a better gameplay expirienced I highly suggest OOO.

4.Exnem's female body and Robert's male body
these I recomend for better proportions there are different versions, clothed and nude, though I am not going to post links because nudity, but both of these can be found at Planetelderscrolls and tesnexus.

5.Realism mods these will all help suck you into the game
Imersive interface [link]
Natural Environments [link]

So would I need a really powerful computer to use most of these?

well no what does require a rather powerful computer is qarl's texture package it puts all of the landscapes, dungeons, and all round environment textures into a higher resolution 1024X1024 with far more details, or photo realistic. It will require a higher end graphics card if you want to run this smoothly. I currently am using an nvidia geforce 7900 GT and it runs with a small amount of slowdown. I also recommend 2 gigs of ram art least. if you have a lower end computor and still want to utilize qarls maazing mod, here is a more computer friendly version that still holds the same texture resolution but lowers the extensiveness of the normal maps giving your gpu a break
